Product Description:
Handbuilt bottle shape pot with aged craking glazeHandmade, handbuilt with white clay and a textured inside and earthenware craking glaze on the outside.
Copper metal oxide has been applied inside and out.
Inside the copper metal oxide turns brown and outside as it mixes with the glaze it turns green.
Outside the vessel has been stained to give an aged look.
As it has been fired to eathenware it is porous so it will not hold water but you can use it as a vase for dry flowers.
Dimensions: 9cm in diameter and 11cm high approximately.
Quite chunky and heavy.
*Because of the nature of my work and the material i use it is unlikely that further copies of this item will be produced in the future.*
