Product Description:

I have been really busy knitting up scarves ready for this Christmas. With the little spare time I have I’ve started looking at creating my own buttons to give my scarves that little extra detail. The buttons above has been covered with cotton fabric and embroidered cotton thread. To create this I have used soluble fabric. Soluble fabric allows you to machine embroider on to the fabric and then simply run the fabric under water and the fabric will dissolve away to leave just the thread. I am fascinated with this fabric at the moment and just wish I had more time to play with it! There are so many possibilities!
