Handmade, felted wall hanging

This is a handmade, felted hanging that was made by using the wet-felted method.I used merino wool with tussah silk felted in with it to give a different texture. I embellished the piece with embroidery to give more definition in particular areas. It has a wooden dowel on the back for hanging. It was inspired by the art of Hundertwasser.
