Product Description:

Handmade polymer clay pendant necklace. I have made this oval polymer clay pendant using a technique called 'mokume gane'. This involves layering sheets of polymer clay - in this case 2 shades of aqua/turquoise and 2 shades of orange/brown. Then a texture is impressed into the clay and gradually the raised texture is shaved away using a sharp blade. The colours underneath then reveal the pattern from the texture. No two sheets of polymer clay made this way will be quite the same resulting in unique pieces. This oval pendant measures approx 4x2.5cms/1.5x1inches. It hangs from a shiny brown satin cord necklace which fastens with a sterling silver trigger clasp. The necklace measures approx 18.75inches/47.5cms.
