Product Description:

Handspun art yarn, various yarns, turquoise, wine red by SpinningStreak Are you ready for an art yarn? But one you can actually USE? Not something over twisted, lumpy, liable to come apart....or too wildly coloured? A new range of handspun yarn. For this one I spun up a variety of toning fibres and plied them with a fine black merino thread. The wool is spun thick and thin with some textured slubs - please see last picture against the tape measure for an accurate idea of the gauge. The skein is bouncy and soft (though, please note, not merino soft). It is a chunky yarn in various shades of turquoise, with dark burgundy red, olive green and copper brown for contrast - funky and unique enough to be called an 'art yarn', but totally usable.
