Product Description:

Handspun yarn, hand painted wool, Wensleydale yarn, rose pink lime green
I hand spun this from traditional longwool Wensleydale fleece from Yorkshire UK. I then hand painted the skein in delicate, pastel florals with a few stronger highlights - pale pink, soft rose, coral and lime green.
This yarn was spun from tops, so it is smooth and fairly uniform. It is self-plied. It has kept its lustre, is soft and has a slight halo.
1 chunky skein:
104 yards and approx 80 grams - so this one is a little heavier than DK gauge - see picture with 1 inch marker for better idea.
