Entitled: Summers Lastsize: 12ins x 16ins
Summers Last is the 5th design in the Sabbat series, inspired by the pagan celebration of Lugnasadh, the time of the first harvest, this is celebrated on 1st of August and is about the reaping of corn and the making of hay, the harvest is an important time to realise what you have and make it count.
As with all of my pieces, this one is created by digital collage, the photographs used are true victorian images.
