Product Description:
One of a series of colourful, heart-shaped brooches featuring a hand-stitched daisy on a unique felted and stitched background. They look great worn individually or in pairs.A wide variety of yarn lengths have been felted to an 'eco' felt (produced from recycled plastic bottles) background. This panel is further embellished by machine couching over lengths of knitting ribbon, containing metallic thread, and metallic crochet thread interspersing these strips amongst the felted yarns. Heart shapes have been cut from the embellished felt. Two contrasting colours of crochet thread have been used to finish the design. The first colour has been chosen to stitch french knots for the daisy center and to work
