Description
This is a 100% handmade Hello Kitty Headband. The base is a Goody brand black plastic headband.The outside is covered in a Hello Kitty print satin ribbon and sealed completely on the ends. The bow that sets on top is 3 layers of satin and lace ribbon, and has a matching heart shaped Hello Kitty cabochon attached in the middle.
