Product Description:

This is a 4" jade fascinator base, which I have decorated with a large satin and organza jade millinery flower. A black veil completes the mood. Fascinator fastens with a clear comb. All fasinators and cocktail hats are hand made by me to order, taking only a day or two, many thanks.
