Jade green rose cocktail hat.

I have covered a 4" fascinator base with jade/teal green satin fabric. I've made a pair of embroidered leaves to sit with a lovely feathered millinery rose, finishing with fine black veiling, which will skim above your eyes.

Cocktail hat fastens with a thin hat elastic and clear comb. Great for a vintage wedding mood or a day at the races!
