Japanese Chiyogami Paper Doll Tomoko by umeorigami on Zibbet

Product Description:

Tomoko looks pretty and prim in her cool color palette. This origami paper doll sits in a hinasama style. Her dark royal purple kimono is embellished with delicate floral patterns in white, blue, pink, and green with accenting gold. It also has little pink and blue fan decorations (uchiwa). She has three contrasting kimono layers in a mauve, dark green, and sky blue, and a light sage green hakama. Her look is pulled together with a cute light green sakura flower with a small purple butterfly landing inside.

Tomoko would look stunning in a scrapbook, or as an embellishment on a card or package. If you would prefer her as a refrigerator magnet, please indicate so in your order and I will attach one to her back. This style of doll is the perfect size for any project!

She will arrive between two sheets of cardboard to keep her flat during shipping.

The name Tomoko comes from the Japanese 朋 (tomo) "friend" and 子 (ko) "child."
