This is beautiful vintage Japanese accessory made of paper and bamboo. It is called "Sensu or Ogi". It is used for cooling down in summer, dancing and interior etc in Japan. This fan is vintage. There are some imperfections such as discolorations. But it is rare item that you can't find it again.
