For this case I have chosen a beautiful watercolour floral cotton in soft pinks and greens for the base. A selection of quality cottons, threads, buttons and imitation leather in various shades of pink, blue, purple, green and white have been used to make this sweet fabric art collage called "The Early Bird". This collage shows a little bird patiently waiting for breakfast surrounded by flowers. Both appliqué and free motion embroidery have been used to make this collage.
