Description
I hand-knit this lace scarf (which can also be used as a wrap/stole) in a happy, sunny yellow. The yarn is a lace-weight silk/wool blend. So it's warm, but infinitely soft and light. The entire piece is made up in a beautiful branching fern pattern.

At each end is a scalloped pattern which was knitted sewn on separately in the tradition of Estonian lace. However, I added a modern, California touch with the color. Also, the column of knitting that separates the edges from the body of the scarf has a slight bump to it, adding to the texture and modernizing this historical technique.
