Hand Crocheted Light Pink Flower Style Bun Cover / Hair Net .I crocheted this hair net by hand using pink size 10 cotton crochet thread. The net has a unique "flower" design in the center. Very pretty and practical for all ages!
The outside round has an elastic pony tail holder (no metal!) crocheted into it. This helps the hair net to form around the bun.
This hair net will fit most average small - medium size buns. If you have thick hair you will probably need a bigger size. If the hair net is a little too big, it can be tucked under with hair pins. When laying flat the hairnets are about 3 1/2" across and I used a 2 1/2" pony tail elastic.
I use a homemade hair net every day and I love it! I can use one for months and it doesn’t wear out and/or tear nearly as quick as normal hair nets. And I use lots of hair pins!
