As the book's name suggests, this tale deals with issues in the 19th Century of social standing, morality, marriage and love through the main characters;- intelligent, spirited and quick witted Elizabeth Bennet and of course the dashing Mr Darcy.
Mr Darcy's proposal '"In vain have I struggled. It will not do. My feelings will not be repressed. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you.'' is the main attraction on this lightweight but strong cream tote bag.
The image has been screen printed by hand using a black water based paint on to the front of the bag while the back is plain.
