Description
Natural dyed knit beanie - lichen flower - child or small size
This hat is hand knitted from hand dyed yarn. I plied a cream, slightly red-flecked strand with a yarn I dyed with natural lichen. (I do not pick rare lichens - I gather common lichen blown from trees onto the ground.) The resulting colour is a pale olive mix. The flower is made from single strands of the same yarns with a bead in the centre.
Fibre content is mixed, including some wool
Would be perfect for a sophisticated young girl!
The hat is shown here on an adult head form, so looks a little stretched.

Size small - child, or snug fit. Approx.16 inches unstretched circumference at brim and 7 ins crown to brim
