It is made from a high quality navy blue crepe and it has one large handmade fabric flower made with the same navy crepe and blue tulle, and one small flower with a pretty vintage button in the centre. The belt is fastened at the back with a ribbon made with the same navy fabric threaded through eight gold eyelets, corset style.
