Product Description:
This beautiful needle case or book is made using pure merino wool in beautiful vibrant colours.The wool is layered onto the felt with each layer being thoroughly needled into the felt before the next layer is added. The background is done first in layers and then the flowers and butterflies are added. Each of these is also made in layers to build the texture of the picture and ensure it stays in place.
Each picture takes several hours to design and build to produce a textured and tactile piece of work.
