Another cute headband to add to my collection!
The kitty ears are made to order, the day after purchase, from felt, overlaid with pretty Nude tone vintage style lace fabric. The lace is raw and you can see through around the edges. These are attached to a narrow satin ribbon and lace covered headband, Meoww!!
The lace will slightly flutter although I have lightly starched it.
