Product Description:

This colorful piece of horse jewelry can be purchased with a hair clip for attaching to the mane, or with a 1-inch S clip for attaching to the side of the bridle. It is WASHABLE by hand.

The wool butterfly background was made from Merino sheep wool, bits of silk, and bits of wool yarn in a process called nuno felting. Then I machine embroidered the veins and patterns of the butterfly with 5 colors of thread, and added glass seed beads and a Swarofsky pearl by hand for accents. The danglers were made from wool yarn crotchet which was wet felted for strength, and glass beads were strung.

A hair clip with an copper finish is used for attaching the dangler to your equine buddy's mane, if you choose the mane dangler option. If you choose the bridle ornament option, a 1-inch S clip will be used instead. Length is 8 inches not including the clip. The butterfly is 4 inches wide.
