Vintage meets funky and flirty!!

This lovely vintage locket is 30mm x 22mm (1 1/8" x 7/8"). It has what looks like a monogram set in an indented frame. It is made of raw brass and copper. I rubbed the dark patina on the center filigree for a little lighter look.

The locket hangs from a 20" (51cm)soft natural braided leather cord. I tied various colors of Sari silk to the leather to give it some "flirtiness". The ends are finished with copper findings and a simple lobster claw clasp. Such a fun piece.
