Description
I used rich warm orange and red wool to knit and felt this great summery bag.

<br />This unusual handmade felt handbag really uses the unique propeties of my knitting and felting technique, I knit each shoulder bag in one piece with no seams which creates this great sculptural design.

<br />The strap on this hip bag is long enough to wear it across your body it will easily reach to your hip.
<br />
<br />I hand knit and felt my shoulder bags with 3 strands of 4ply (fingering) 100% wool yarn.
<br />
<br />I used a vintage plastic button to close this bag.

<br />After knitting I full or wet felt each bag then carefully shape and dry them to form a strong, thick and incredibly tactile fabric.
