Product Description:
I have covered a 4" fascinator base with ivory silk dupioni and decorated with an orange trim, which has embroidered leaves and an organza beaded flower. There's a 4" orange millinery ranunculus flower tilted to one side on a spray of veiling, which I've decorated with tiny daisies.Cocktail hat is fully lined and fastens with a thin hat elastic, to hide in the hair line and a clear comb. The fastenings are finished upon purchase, ready to ship in a couple of days.
