I have made this roaring twenties flapper headband using small hand curled peacock feathers and some black goose feathers. There's a spray of black lace with a vintage rhinestone button and a scattering of glass diamanties`. Fascinator is attached to a comfortable black stretch sequin headband, with a soft net trim edging.
