Celebrate the Royal Jubilee in style with this fun, cute cocktail hat!!

<br />I have covered a 4" domed fascinator base with black satin, overlayed with fine mesh, which I have pleated and machined over for effect.
<br />I've decorated with pearly buttons and beads, all securely hand stitched. There's a rhinestone crown brooch, sitting upon a grosgrain bow and a mini veil!!
<br />
<br />Hat fastens with a thin hat elastic.
<br />
<br />All hand made items are made in my Cotswold studio in Royal Avening!
