Gay Paree is a completely handmade mini top hat. Her base is peony pink satin, overlaid with gorgeous black lace. Scalloped black lace embraces the base. Plumes of black marabou, stripped feathers, and a curled goose biot feather playfully spring from a pink satin rose. Five pink Czech crystals are lovingly sewn into the rim; a black “veil” drips around the edge.
