Pink Polka Dot Upcycled Calico Grocery Bag by moodycowdesigns

I have up-cycled a strong plain, bought calico bag and made it into a totally useful fold-up book bag/shopping tote.

<br />The top panel of the bag is a fab fresh design of little white polka dots on a bright pink background
<br />The bag closes with a purple elasticated loop and a painted wooden button.
<br />
<br />The handles are long enough to carry the bag over your shoulder and have been machine embroidered in bright pink flower design.
<br />
<br />The seams of the bag have been over-sewn in bright pink thread.
<br />
<br />To close the bag:-
<br />
<br />Fold the calico part of the bag in half .
<br />
<br />Tuck in the handles and fold the calico part onto the cotton top.
<br />
<br />Start at one end , fold in half and half again and do up with the button.
<br />
<br />Pop in your bag ready for next time!
<br />
<br />Bag measurements 14.75in long (26.5in to top of the handles)by 14in wide when open .
<br />
<br />Measurements when closed 6in x 4in x 1.75in deep
