Pompom Tea Cosy fun knit vegan striped teal blue and fluo green by SpinningStreak

<br />I adapted this from a vintage pattern from the 1940s. It is a traditional design with a very modern twist - neon green, teamed with an on-trend dark teal blue. This construction produces a thick, double fabric (see last picture) so this one is a functional cozy to keep your tea warm for longer - great for taking outside

<br />I hand knitted it in stocking stitch (stockinette) with vertical striped sections. I used a vegan acrylic yarn for the bright stripes and I added three different sized pompoms from the same yarn, just for fun!

<br />Tea cosy measures 7 inches by 8 inches when flat - and it is stretchy.
