Baby hat booties rainbow wool bright fun set by SpinningStreak I hand knitted this set in a classic pure wool - but the colours are not traditional! I chose a rainbow dyed yarn which shades gradually through the spectrum - so the bootees are not identical, though they clearly work together. This set is mostly worked in reds, greens and orange unisex colours. The hat measures 12 inches circumference at the brim and stretches for a snug fit. It is knitted in stocking stitch with a narrow rib and is finished with a bright pompom, just for fun. (I have to say it would look much cuter on a baby than on my brandy glass!) The little shoes measure approx. 4 inches on the sole - warm and stretchy, and the ribbing helps keep them on the feet!
