Product Description:

After finding a wounded snapping turtle on the side of the road I was inspired by the beauty of these wonderful creatures. I began researching online about all the different types of turtles and an image hit me like Bam! A beautiful red sea turtle like this one. This turtle likeness was captured using coloured polymer clays and a technique called millefiori. Thanks so much to the Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre in Napanee, ON who rescued OUR injured beauty… of the snapping variety.
