Description
Throw pillow cushion cover hand knit chunky blue purple gray heather striped
<br />This is a one of a kind hand knitted cushion cover made from a washable soft warm chunky wool cotton and acrylic mix yarn. I used a plain stocking stitch (stockinette) to show off the self patterning yarn, with a couple of rows in rib to finish it off. The colours are misty moor heathers. It is fastened with 4 toning grey buttons from this great Etsy supplier:

<br />I did not give this one fixed buttonholes in case your cushion pad is slightly different - the buttons easily slip through the ribbed edging in whatever position you want. These photos are taken on a 16 inch (42cm) pad but the cover is stretchy.
