Silk cocktail hat with veil.

I've used beautiful silk dupion to make this cocktail hat. The silk is lightly slubbed, giving a slight crinkled texture. I've covered a 4" or 10cm fascinator base, topped of with a bow and birdcage veil.
This item is made to order, taking one week before shipping.

This is fully lined and fastens with a thin hat elastic.
