Slouchy Beanie hat merino hand knitted Manos black yellow suitable for male or female
<br />I knitted this one from an ultra soft pure merino wool from a non profit making organisation called Manos del Uruguay. The Maxima yarn is spun as an Aran weight single and is kettle dyed in glorious colours by women's cooperatives across the country. Each skein is signed by the producer. This colour is called Beehive - black, gray, brown and yellow.
<br />This is a classic beanie hat with added slouch. It is knitted in stocking (stockinette) stitch, with the currently fashionable regular reversed ridges. The beanie is soft and very warm. It stretches to fit and would accommodate a lot of hair. When flat it measures 10 inches crown to brim and approx. 22 inches around its stretchy brim.
