Small hot water bottle and handspun hand knitted knit cozy cover
This is a small hot water bottle, measuring 7.5 inches to the shoulder and 5.5 inches across. The cover adds 0.5 inches, in both directions. I find these little bottles invaluable for easing neck pain, stomach cramps or even toothache.
This one has a hand knitted cover in my own handspun soft merino wool. I hand painted it in shades of blue and turquoise, with a touch of purple and golden yellow.
The cozy is accessed via the stretchy double ribbed neck. The main body of this one was knitted in stocking stitch (stockinette) to show off the rather special yarn.
The rubber hot water bottle itself is a toning blue - a little comfort and warmth to cuddle up to!
