Product Description:

Hand dyed sock yarn,dip dyed, pink, green, bold and bright by SpinningStreak A new series of bold and bright indie dyed sock yarns - not for the faint hearted, but great fun! The base yarn for this is 75% wool and 25% acrylic for strength. This one is a lovely soft, squishy fine knitting yarn, recommended needle size 3mm for socks (see photo against 1 inch measure for accurate gauge). I dip dyed the wool in definite shades of marine blue and violet purple with some of the creamy backgound left visible. This one will create random stripes. The last picture was taken before the yarn was re-skeined, to give an idea of the colour blocks. 2 x 50g skeins: totalling 100g and approx.450 yards
