Product Description:

This is a stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.

It is a star, a very sparkly star.

I've designed it with 8 diamond shaped points made from iridescent clear glass and at the centre a sparkling Red and Teal, changing when light is behind to rich deep red, dichroic glass nugget which I made in my little Hotpot fusing kiln.

The iridescent glass gives the star a shimmer.

For extra sparkle I've soldered 8 little silvery snowflakes between each point.

The star is 9.5cm in diameter and hangs from a silvery chain securely attached via a soldered wire ring to the top of the star.

This item is totally individual. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass. I can make this in different colours if you prefer. Please send me a message if you do.
