Spiral Teal Mug von sheaclay auf Etsy

This mug was hand thrown on the potter's wheel. The spirals around the rim of the cup are stamped with an unmounted rubber stamp while the clay is wet, right after throwing. The secret to getting a nice round cup is to throw it slightly smaller than the final diameter you want,and, after stamping the clay, widening it slightly from the inside.
