Sterling Silver Nugget Ring by WideBlueYonder on Etsy

This handmade sterling silver ring has a solid sterling silver nugget soldered to it. The ring weighs 7.3 g: 0.26 oz. It is size Q (UK); about 8.5 (US). The sterling silver nugget is an irregular, organic shape and has oxidized silver marks on the surface which give a rustic look. I made the nugget by melting offcuts of silver sheet to molten then allowing the resultant sphere to cool and gently slump into the flattened, semi-domed shape that I silver soldered onto the ring. The ring band was handmade from 2 x 3mm sterling silver D wire.
