Product Description:

I handcrafted this pendant from polymer clay. The colouful half of the pendant is made using slices of clay from a Stroppel cane. The Stroppel cane was created by Alice Stroppel and is a fabulous way of using up old cane slices. It produces this amazingly colourful pattern. Slices of the Stroppel cane were placed on top of a thick layer of plain black clay which was imprinted with a swirl pattern from a texture sheet. A round pendant was then cut out using a cookie cutter and this beautiful pendant was the resulting piece. The pendant has been finished with a coating of Fimo varnish to give it a beautiful shine.

The pendant is 3.5cm / 1.25inch in diameter and 0.5cm / 1/8th inch in thickness

The pendant is hung on black cord approximately 46cm / 18inch in length with a extender chain should you wish it to be slightly longer. If you would prefer the cord to be a different length please get in touch and I will be happy to make one to the length of your choice.
