Tea Cosy fun knit flower blue green turquoise

<br />This is a functional cozy to keep your teapot (and therefore your tea) warm longer - great for taking outside.
<br />This one is fairly wild! I used two threads throughout to produce a really thick knitted fabric. One thread is a very pale green mixed fibre yarn, the other is a self striping acrylic yarn in shades of blue, green, turquoise, lemon and white. One side of the cozy is predominantly blue, the other yellow. I added a scattering of flowers I made from the same yarn - these have beads and sequins in the middle, just for fun. The top is drawn together with an adjustable short crochet chain. The cosy is knitted in a ribbed pattern which is stretchy. It is shown on two different sizes of teapot in the pictures.
