Vintage Inspired Halloween Witch Decoration - OOAK Art Sculpture. Call her a hag, crone, enchantress or witch, I hope she'll cast a spell on you.Many hours of love were invested in creating this piece. It's the first one of its kind that I've attempted to make, so she's extra special to me!
I sculpted the witches head completely by hand. No mold or press was used. The color was achieved by applying many layers of paint and glaze to achieve a weathered look. The base was made from an up cycled wood candlestick found in a second hand store. The outermost cloak is handmade using black burlap that was sculpted into shape with fabric stiffener to give the appearance of a warm autum wind blowing through it. Just a little sparkle can be found in the collar piece.
She stands 10.5 inches high and is approximately 6 inches across at the widest point.
