The seascape colours are striking - random panels of a rich aqua blue, soft shades of pale blue and purple and a creamy gold, suitable for a girl or a boy. I knitted it using a cunning modular construction. This produces a warm fabric with no seams to rub on baby - and an unusual attractive handkerchief point edge.
<br />This one is a generous afghan measuring 44 inches long and 38 inches wide from point to point. It is perfect for a newborn in a pram, cot or Moses basket - or for an older child in a stroller.
