This mini top hat was made from scratch using buckram and wire construction and is covered with beautiful floral brocade in beige, cream and pink tones. It is fully lined with beige satin and trimmed with bright pink velvet ribbon. A glorious dusty pink fluffy ostrich feather was added at the side back that flows over this candy cute mini.Also trimmed with an elegant burned brown leather rose flower and various sized pearls and crystal beads
