This is about a man who really hated his job. He hated wearing "business clothes" in the hot humid months so he retired so he could play with women (he called them flowers) and enjoy life on the mountain.

水雲深處抱花眠 Holding and sleeping with flowers (women) in mountains now
平生自想無官楽 I wanted to have a fun like I do now from long time ago.
