I imagine tiny little wizards waving these tiny azure wands; or tiny little magical kings wielding their iridescent azure scepters on their tiny copper thrones. I confess, this design was a product of too much Harry Potter and Tolkien, and a bunch of copper tubing I didn't know what to do with. When in doubt, make earrings!
