Warm wool child's hat hand dyed knit fun bright helmet with ear flaps
<br />This hat is really bright and cheerful! I hand painted the New Zealand 100% wool in vivid acid drop colours (pinks, greens, turquoise, purple, yellow - you name it!) to create a self-striping yarn. I then knitted it into a jolly hat with earflaps for extra style and warmth. Perfect for a cold Winter. I envisaged this one appealing to a child/young person - but it would fit an adult head if you are sufficiently extrovert!

<br />The hat measures just under 23 inches at the brim and just under 7 inches top to bottom - the earflaps add another 3 inches. The i-cord knitted ties (most often worn untied, I know) are approx.8 inches.
