Description
This journal or notebook has been made using natural linen as its base. After interfacing the linen, I gathered together a selection of different fabrics and arranged them on the linen. My central focus was the image of the Japanese geisha which I had printed on evolon. When I was happy with the collage I stitched all round the elements using a running stitch and zigzag stitch. I also added three guipure lace flowers and seven pearl buttons.
