Description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
<br />
<br />It is a butterfly made from pearl coloured glass, iridised with a lovely shimmer, opal being the UK birthstone colour for October. The other sections of the butterfly are clear, iridescent glass to give it even more shne.

<br />I've made the little glass pearl coloured head in my hotpot kiln and added tiny dichroic chips for a face.
